      Benzia is amazing!

Cavani benched, Van Wolfswinkel not even in the team and a young regen from Madrid looks like he'll replace Ricky in the team. He looks like he'll be great too.

Vela is F***ing shredding the league.

We're 3rd. Behind Madrid and Barca, obviously.

Tempted to sign him on a free. I have 5 strikers though :D he'd be a good trequartista.

Joe Allen is very very good for me. Xhaka gets in ahead of him but whenever I need to rest him I bring Joe Allen in and he never lets me down. Wouldn't dream of selling him.

I think Joe Allen is also boss in this game. Just out of curiosity, what role and position do you play him in?

      I play in CM as a CM(D).

Finished 3rd with Soceidad. Into the Champions League we are.

Sararer coming in on a free. We'll see how much funds we get in the summer for more moves.

      I got 13m to spend.

2.6m Jonathan dos Santos listed. Signed him up, should be a nice player for me.

I also spend 3.5m on a CB regen, good enough to be my 3rd CB straight away.

      Hope so mate.

Javi Garcia in on loan, City paying 80 percent of his wages :D should be a very good coup for us.

      Kirchoff on a free.

      Doing great business so far.

Started a new game with Newcastle. I got a transfers update so they should have a quite good team to begin with.

That the German CB? If so, that's a great buy. He's already class from season one and just gets better.

Yeah German CB. I'm glad to have captured him. Fits well with Martinez.

So did I. Rarely got a rating over 6.8.

1 point ahead in the league with 2 games in hand.

Knocked out of the group stages in the CL after losing my first 3 games (despite dominating all of them) vs Dinamo, Atletico and Bayern. Won all 3 return legs but was too late.

Beat Celtic in the Euro Cup and got Roma.

Just want to win the league though.

Getting Yanga-Mbiwa on a free and letting Skrtel (32) go. Sold Van Wolfswinkel to Inter and promoted my young regen from Madrid.

I always mix it up the play. Short passing worked like a charm in FM12. In this version i tried few games with short passing , and conceded few goals due to back passing and mis placed passing when opposition press's my DM.

But again i am managing liverpool for 3 seasons now without winning a single trophy, having took over from BR when we were at 17th in table around December.
Got lucky in CL this season, got PSV and New castle in the knock outs. Alas !, iam into final against Barca at ISTANBUL.
Barca destroyed La liga that season. No way i would win with my usual tactic. I fielded a physicaly strong and tall team ;D. And intense set piece training with all the beasts set to hand around Valdes during set pieces. Scored 5 goals from set pieces ;D. Won it 7-0 against Barca. after around 60 min barca got mad they played all out attack on me. I put run on to ball for Sterling and he scored 2 :D.

      6th CL. Hell yeah.

Doing great with Newcastle so far. It's only October now but I just had a perfect week in the game, beating Inter in a UEL group stage match (2-0) and Man Utd in the league (1-0).

I've got a transfer update so Newcastle's lineup is already really good. Debuchy, Sissoko and Mbiwa more than make up for the loss of Demba Ba.

I also got Wellington Nem so my first XI looks most of the time like this:

                              Krul
      Debuchy - Mbiwa - Coloccini - Santon
                              Tiote
                    Sissoko - Cabaye
      W. Nem                             Ben Arfa
                             Cissé

Now I'm trying to build some squad depth. I got Malouda on loan as a short term solution. I've got Benteke lined up for £15M in January, though I haven't confirmed the transfer yet - still pondering if he's worth that much.

Well into my 3rd season with Liverpool now. Sitting in 4th with 13 games to play but I'm only 4 points off top and I have the best goal difference in the league so I still have high hopes for the title. I feel like I have the right depth at the club now and I just need to keep gradually improving the quality.

      Reina (Ospina)

      Johnson (Kelly, Hardman (regen))
      Skrtel (Iñigo Martinez)
      Agger (Wilson)
      Enrique (Potter (regen))

      DM Lucas (Paulo (regen), Gargano)
      CM (DLP) Xhaka (Allen)
      CM (AP) Henderson (Honda, Gerrard)

W 2 of: Walcott, Assaidi, Chamberlain, Sterling, Lennon (leaving in summer)

      ST De Jong (Castaignos, Defoe)

Just bought Castaignos in the recent January window along with Walcott. Castaignos has scored 5 in his first 6. Also, sold Shelvey to Arsenal for £15m but included a Buy Back clause of £25m just incase.

League won! And beat ManU in the Europa League final 3-0.

Offered Skrtel for 10m and had bids from Barca, Madrid, Roma, etc. etc. and he signs for...Stoke.

Does anyone know if Benteke is worth £15M?

I confirmed the transfer cause I badly need a new striker in January, but I'm still not sure if he's worth that much. At the moment, though, Cissé is my only good striker, I have to use Malouda (!) as backup for him. To make things worse, I don't seem to be able to find any strikers for decent prices at all...

All my scouts are giving Benteke 3 stars for current quality and 4 stars for potential... seems good enough to me, but I never had him before.

He looks like he he has ok stats. You could have signed Ademilson right? Or why not loan some young one's as a back up and buy some one after one season when prices usually drops.
