I'd actually prefer him to pick England over Nigeria just because it means he won't go disappearing for a month at Christmas ever other year. Plus, he won't have as far to travel for home games.

I don't remember seeing any complaints about it. The complaints I saw were to do with taking off Balo with penalties looming and leaving Sturridge on for so long.
