The lad has the ability (sound familiar?), hopefully he'll live up to it. Seems his head is screwed on at least.

Amazing how quickly it is sorted when a player is 100% committed to the club and doesn't have an agent.

Great news. Expecting to have a big impact next year. Already shown a lot of promise, just needs to keep working hard on his end product.

If he can learn to look up, be more aware of movements around him, keep being played consistently by the manager and discover his other foot then he could develop into quite a player for us.

Glad for Ibe, glad for the club
Guess it shows without a commision grabber agent , a young lad can get a good contract after all

and a player if he develops as quickly as Sterling will mean we wouldnt even miss Sterling.
Just hope he concentrates on his football for the next few years and not how much money he could be making.

He should start our last game at Stoke.

Happy he's signed a new deal so swiftly.

Anyone hear Ibe's stepdad has become a scout for us? It was apparently part of Ibe's contract. Really do think it's a joke if true.

Ibe wouldn't get 50k a week from another club. However, I think we need to get him signed as we do Sterling because the both of them on the wings will absolutely terrorize opposing defenses. Don't get robbed, but don't be cheapskates.

He wouldn't but there is a good chance that half way through next season (assuming he continues in the same vein) he may well be, and I think that is what Mick is getting at. He is bang on about Coutinho as well, the. 70k a week salary isn't market value for a player of his ability, and this will become all the more apparent as other clubs take notice and fancy taking a run at him, as they surely will in due course.

Good lad, said a long time ago that the competition with Raheem and Ibe would push each of them on. Always thought that at least one world class talent would come out of them with the possibility of two. With an attitude like that he's well on the way to catching and hopefully passing Raheem.

      Well in Jordon lad.

What's Kenny doing coaching? I know he's an ambassador, but it's always great to see him involved.

I love the way he already seems to be relaxed on the pitch and play his own way. I think he is stronger than Sterling and probably a better finisher we could have a real diamond on our hands here.

I think we should stick to this guy and we could expect a lot from this guy,a lot.Sell sterling and let Ibe be the starter and see what happens,it cant be worse than this season.

      Well in Jordon lad.

And to add to the fact, he said a while back about "no need for an agent, his folks look after this contract".... This kid turns world class and he will go nowhere unless we sell him.

Parallel opposite to Raheem with regards attitude.
