Personally, I don't think its fair that someone who has never been to Anfield before (or some scum tout) could possibly get a ticket for a game of this magnitude based on a "luck of the drawer" scenario.
It's probably not fair.
A lot of things aren't fair when it comes to ticketing. People palming off Season Tickets every week to someone different, when there are fans who want to go every week and would kill for a ST.
Supporters who live in the Anfield area priced out of the game etc.
But...
Funnily enough though all my best memories of us winning all those trophies down the year are not from being in the actual ground to see a trophy lifted from a birds eye view, the 10 minutes or so of songs before you are kicked out but the celebrating in to the night. Reliving those games for days, weeks and months afterwards. I didn't go to Istanbul, and although it would have been great to have been at that final, I don't feel like I enjoyed it any less because I wasn't.
Just saying like.
Anyway I found the Man City game exhausting. I physically don't think I could face the last game of the season if we needed to win it without consuming alcohol.
