Lallana is set to miss tomorrows match against leeds, should be back for the PL match on Saturday. The Coutinho injury is a blow but we are equipped to deal with it. Coutinho didn't manage to create much against Southampton or Sunderland. Had Coutinho not got injured Origi might not have been on the field to score yesterday. About Sturridge.. I expect him to play tomorrow.

Hopefully he's at least on the bench against Bournemouth.
Can't see him come back from injury and jump ahead of Divock.
Would be surprised if Origi doesn't start come weekend, but hope to see Daniel back in the matchday squad...

Bloody hell how can a calf injury take that long to heal, I'm assuming its just a muscle strain and not tendons etc. There really is something wrong with his motivation and willingness to play through pain barrier I think.

Thought he'd turned a corner after that long break Klopp gave him waiting for him to get his body right.  Pity, cause what a bonus a fit Studge would be for us right now.

Injured, niggled, wimp or otherwise he's never on the pitch when we need him. I can't see us letting him go in Jan but I could see us csshing in, in the Summer.

Not direct this at you mate but it's definitely not a young potential player we need most now. We need a Luis Suarez or at least a player who surely take the starting spot from our current first 11.

IMO, not necessarily Sturridge position, but any world class player for any position to replace our current starting 11 could improve us significantly.

Here's my conspiracy theory.

We've already sold him for top dollar, just waiting for the Transfer window to open but the Club?? who bought him have said don't risk playing him in December or the deal is off.

I never even heard or read about his injury. Did he do it during a game, a training session or where?

I don't want him to be sold, only natural goalscorer we have at the Club but I just can't shake this feeling about what's going on behind closed doors at LFC.
