Gareth Bale is so underrated by some here I think. He's in the top 5 players in the country at the moment.

How is Bale underrated when people are saying he is as good as Ronaldo and Messi?

I used to think Alex Song was pretty much underrated at Arsenal. I feel he's as important as Lucas is to us and Busquets is to Barcelona.

Arsenal got shafted in that deal. Song is a brilliant player.

Jack Wilshere is going to be Arsenal's Gerrard I think. I can see him having a similar career in terms of honors and I can see him staying there til he retires.  For me, he is in the best 3 CM in the league.

Always liked Song, I was right about him. I always liked Van Persie n'all when many were unconvinced. I don't post utter bollocks all the time, just usually.

Our own Martin Kelly. He's ready to play centre-back for us. Let him show it.

Julio Cesar - one of the best 'keepers in the world, even now.

Ronaldinho - still has the skill and trickery, just lacks the fitness at the moment.

Enrique - in possession, he's one of the best players we have - rarely loses it and knows how to play some quality passes. Defensively sound.

Pedro from Barca aswell. Messi, xavi and iniesta get all the attention but everytime Pedro plays for barca or spain. He delivers.

Etienne Capoue - A player I've raved about a lot. He is strong, fast, composed on the ball and scores goals with his head. Can play as a center back, as a defensive midfielder and even a little more up the pitch.

Dimitri Payet - Great player for me. Can play both left and right. Scores goals, assists goals and has a work rate to him. Someone I'd love here.

Mauro Icardi - I'm not sure if he's exactly underrated but he's going to be a world beater one day. Sensational young player who without question will be lining up a move this summer. I only pray we're in for him.

Dries Mertens - scores goals from the midfield. Can play anywhere you ask him to. Maybe small but uses his body well and very imaginative.

Been banging this drum for some time now. Would love for us to be in for him in the summer.

He's got about 17 in form cards on this years Fifa so he must be doing something right.

I saw his mazy goal from a few weeks ago with a one-two pass in the box and his finish. Looks like a silky player.

Mauro Icardi isn't quite underrated but I know what you mean. More "hidden gem" I guess. What a purchase he has been for Sampdoria.

Also, Luis Muriel. I remember saying he looks like a promising player when he was at Lecce on loan. He's going to be a top player.

As good as Bale is getting and as good as his current form is I still think there are still 5 better players in the world than Bale at the moment.

Ramires for chelsea defo especially last year in Chelsea's Champions League Run i think he was the star man that chipped goal v Barca shows some balls and technique.

Another is Agger are own! amazing CB i would rate as in the top 5 in the world especially becuase he is left footed can do everything and them long dribbles are a thrill to watch, great header of a ball, can score, can tackle and not bad pace either.

Blue side and all that but Baines is immense think hes better than Cole on current form great crosses great pace and can always score a goal and get an assist. defending not as good but overall top 2 or 3 best left backs in the world and doesnt get the credit because of Cole.

I know he is starting to get attention now but El Shaarawy looks some player. Watched him a few times this season, took his goal in the Milan derby really well too.

Di Sciglio, his team mate, will be a cracking player too. Don't think many know about him but he is lovely to watch.
