Worst first choice keeper in the prem and by far our worst ever first choice keeper, costs us so many points every season, terrible on crosses, even worse distribution, and to top if off the Muppet has been offered a long term deal, confused.com, a proper keeper might see our abysmal defence start communicating!

In fairness AFC Wimbledon's goalie is alright for Division two. F***** if I can remember his name, young bloke he is, not too bad though.

I'm slightly amazed he even managed to hold onto the pen to sign a new contract because he seems to struggle to hold onto to a ball when it is coming towards him and that is a darn sight bigger than a pen and paper. Must have been signed on his behalf.
He couldn't hold his sh*t , He's our keeper our useless keeper Simon Mignolet .

We'd have won the title in 13-14 season if it wasn't for him and he's flaffing .

That's a shame. I remember that song quite fondly when he first signed for us.

He's become a worse keeper as time has passed during his stay at the club. That doesn't look good on Achterberg.

I'd love to find out Reina's opinion on being coached by Achterberg in 2011 and 2012.

Achterberg would have been sacked at any other club with those kind of GK stats . Did Reina start going down hill around that time he arrived ?

The problem with people blaming Achterberg is it assumes Mong was any different at Sunderland. He wasn't.

Without a doubt. Recall during Kenny's season that he was always getting beat at the near post. Basic things that were very unReina like. His decision making became skewed.

Please stop calling him Mong. Outrageously offensive.

Slang for someone suffering from Downs Syndrome.

Although many will say it's just a flippant term for an idoit.

I believe it a politically incorrect term for a mentally disabled person. It's not a nice saying, no need for it!

But even taking into account the misplacing of the wall he still should have saved it.
