City look the complete package, admittedly against a terrible Newcastle side.

After the opening weekend, I'd say City were the most impressive to me in terms of title challengers. Chelsea looked good until they stopped playing, and United were outplayed by Swansea in the opening 30 until van Persie scored -- at which point Swans just imploded.

Aston Villa look a very tidy outfit so far. Real coup getting Benteke for another season. Wonder how long he'll stay with them if he stays in this form.

Will be surprised if they keep the lead. Hope they do.

Only seems like yesterday when Chelsea lost 2-0 to Villa away in September 2007 only to be Mourinho's last game for them in his first stint.

Luke Moore with the goals if I remember rightly? Hopefully they can get the 3 points tonight too!

Zat Knight and Agbonlahor that day.

Agbonlahor surprised me on Saturday. Had a very good match. Thought the guy was one of those 'also ran' type players but he is clearly still a handy player for Villa. Still the same player he was 6 years ago though. Hasn't come on leaps and bounds.

2-1 to Chelsea now - Ivanovic with the goal.

2-1 FT. Villa harshly denied by that tw*t referee Kevin Friend.

Make no bones about it - we'll have to bring our A game to Villa Park on Saturday. Villa's two performances against Arsenal and Chelsea will mean the players and the manager will have to sharpen their minds. Food for thought for Saturday. BIG game!

Agree 100%, momentum into the Scum match would be ideal too. One game at a time though  :)

Horrible decisions late on from the ref.

And Benteke would of smashed home that penalty from a selfish point of view.

That's why he is so good, Giroud.

      Quality poacher.

      1-0 Arsenal.

      2-0 Arsenal

Podolski get rebound, been very entertaining game, Fulham were making a few chances but couldn't capitalize

      3-0. Double for Podolski.

Shame for Fulham. They have tried hard but not the quality in front of goal as Arsenal have.
