As a guy who's still on FM 11 I'm creaming myself at some of the changes.

I just pre ordered mine.  Cost $10 more this year on steam.   Guess they are saying a closed beta is is available 2 weeks before the game is released for those that  preordered on steam.

They haven't released a demo this time around?

Read somewhere possibly the 28th (today) - 30th. So pointless really, I think there has been a lot of bugs in the current Beta version that's made the demo release not possible until basically when the actual game goes on sale.

#FM14 demo & beta update (bug fixes & new match engine) should be live now on Steam. If not will be within half an hour.

sh*t! My computer just 'died' last week. Guy who I asked to repair it said it would be too expensive to buy new parts for such an old computer so I would be better off buying a new one. I was kinda delaying it as much as I could but FM 14 is coming so I need a new computer as soon as possible!

I prefer the layout of certain things on FM13 to be honest. Also, what is with other teams bidding for my players way below value? Lucas is valued £21m and I keep getting bids from City and PSG of £3m with installments taking it up to £12m.

Just bought this today, FM11 was the last one I played so I'm expecting this to be totally different.

Mignolet, Toure, and Sturridge are so underrated on this.

Even Suarez is. His free kick rating is like 14, not like he scored 5 cracking ones last season, more than anyone else! His finishing is too low as well

I know! Sturridge is playing well for me, but I was disappointed with Mignolet stats.
On the other hand, Lucas is quite overrated on this one. His value is unrealistically high - read on twitter of someone who sold him for nearly £30M.

Cant seem to decide on a decent formation.

      Signed Lars Bender, he's class!

I signed Benteke. Not sure if he's worth the amount I paid for him, but I couldn't resist the impulse after Villa accepted my bid.

He's been my best player while Suarez is still out suspended.

Created 3 attacking formations that seem to be working well so far, but I'm not sure who is going to make way for Suarez when he comes back. Just beat Spurs by 3-2 away from home, came from behind after conceding twice in the 1st half, it was great.

I'm impressed with Henderson, he's already scored 3 or 4 goals for me and it's still only September. I signed Diamé (relatively low release clause) to offer competition in the middle and got Pepe on loan from Juventus for squad depth's sake.

I got Benteke too, got 6 goals in his first 6 games for me. Amazed how much easier it is to sign certain players. Got Subotic for just over £5m!

Just brought in Honda, plus loaned in Salvio and Javi Garcia. Probably should of signed Morata.

Started like sh*t. Really disappointed with our player stats though. Sturridge and Mignolet specifically.

I could of sold Lucas for £34m but my replacement was Bender and he was then out for 8 months.

Jesus Christ this game is F***ing doing my head in. Every single tactic is losing games. Every instruction is doing F**k all.

I say push up, and our defensive line is on the edge of our box. I say to retain possession and some c**t knocks it up field every touch.

       :f_steam:  :throw:

In that order! Can't keep clean sheets either, 1 so far and in December. Go 3-0 up and if it's not 3-2 its 3-3 and this is with 4  at the back and a defensive mid! 43 shots in 1 game and drew 1-1 with them only having 5 shots!

The tactics are sh*t, on the others there was more you could adjust on "team instructions", every player I try and sign  wants an un-used sub fee! Big step down on last years IMO.

It sucks, plain and simple imo.

Play a 3 man midfield, i get bossed by Hull and Norwich. Play a 4-4-2 and get pumped. Play a 4-5-1 and lose again.

Lucas and Gerrard are F***ing sh*t. Going to start a new save in classic mode.
