      Thanks for linking me here!

It was a tremendous goal. Any chance she could play the DM role for the men too?

She's like the female Steven Gerrard! I'd have her in the men's team anyday :D

Liverpool 2-0, Becky Easton with a header on the line from a Williams corner. We've started so much better, Arsenal look slow.

I needed to see like 10 replays before I could see if Easton got a touch on that. We've started brilliantly.

The female commentator is doing my head in again. Coming up with all sorts of excuses as to why Arsenal are behind, "they have quite a few of their experienced players missing with young players such as Kelly Smith, Rachel Yankey and Jordan Nobbs not playing". Kelly Smith and Yankey are 36 and 35 :D

There's a lad on my 11 a side team that scored 5 goals direct from corners last season, that Williams corner reminded me of them until I saw that Easton got a touch. Easton gets about well for a 41 year old!

I know! Excuse making. Arsenal are the home side.

Nice keeping by Libby Stout to get off her line and claim that set piece. Mignolet can learn a thing or two haha.

There's probably a few from the World Cup thread that remember my rants about Karen Bardsley being dodgy for England, I thankfully don't have those problems with Stout. Weird thing is, a lad I went to school with is the keeper coach for the ladies team. He was one of the worst keepers I've ever seen yet played for the younger aged teams of Blackburn and Blackpool.

      HT: Arsenal 0 - 2 Liverpool

Liverpool were much the better team for the first 30-35 minutes but Arsenal started to find their feet towards the end of the half.

I missed that. Was it a good'en? Oshoala shouldn't have got booked then, she's the one that got kicked.

Yeah it was good, but it had been coming. Arsenal have really picked up it this half.

It's going to end 2-2 if Liverpool don't pick it up. We seem to hoof it whenever we've got it during this second half.

Thanks for posting these pics RP! I was surprised to see them in Warrior kits, thought they'd at least have been handed the new kit by now.

We could struggle from now until the end of the season, Fara Williams and Oshoala are going to miss most - if not all - of the remaining league games through injury.

It doesn't look like a 3-peat will happen this year, unfortunately, unless we hit a really great run.

The ladies are currently playing against Sunderland who are 2nd in the league and we're currently 1-0 up thanks to a Natasha Dowie goal. It'll be a good result for us if we can get the win. It'll put us a couple of points behind 3rd with 3 games left. We won't win the league but we can do our best to finish as high as possible.

Edit: It was actually a cup game not a league game. Full time result was 2-0 to the red ladies.

It's been a rough season for the Ladies, but would be great to see them make a decent run in the CL.

Of course. Would be tough though. Wolfsburg, PSG, Chelsea, a number of better sides than us, but same was said in 2005.
