No worries, from the YouTube page, "Recorded 12th November 1977. Broadcast 28th December 1977." I don't remember watching it, but sure as hell I would of.

The good old days of 3 channel TV where everything was sh*te, my old Ma loved this sh*t,
That and f***in crossroads, I despair, I never watched TV except when Sportscene was on(Scotland)  MOTD for you  reprobates in engerlund,

TIYL I don't imagine Sir Bob would waste his time watching this sh*t, you could see how he hated being in the limelight,  very modest was Sir Bob, Anyhoo it was great to see the great man, and also Shanks,  Billy Liddell and Emlyn.

Sir Bob Paisley,  the most successful manager in the history of British football.

And as a player Bob was just the same,he got stuck in and took no prisoners,it did my old heart good to see the picture of Billy Liddell alongside Bob.I would like to hear from anyone else who has memories of Bob when he played for us,I can't be the only one on LFC REDS who was fortunate to see him play.

Old whiskey nose not even fit to lick the soles of his shoes!

Sadly missed, but fondly remembered. RIP Sir Bob!

Mark I disagree with your comment regarding whiskey nose,in my opinion whiskey nose is indeed very qualified to lick the soles of Bobs shoes. And that is the closest he will ever get to our Bob.

Learned a lot watching that video. What a selfless, unassuming individual, especially considering all of his accomplishments. That is remarkable really, and almost unheard of these days.

I was also struck by the speech patterns of so many of the guests, which seem decidedly different than how people speak in UK today. If I compared the same respective points in time over here I don't think it would be nearly as distinct. Pardon my nerdy speech/accent commentary.

Still just blown away at this man's humility.
