Unlucky Jerome, should have scored though.

Playing well now we're getting into our stride.  Some lovely play down the flanks on both sides but so far nobody getting on the end of the crosses.

Playing well are the kids, Sinclair should have buried that header, only a matter of time till we score, impressed with Branagan, Rossiter, Kent, Ojo,  this great for the kids, what a experience for them, they play the same day as the 1st team, are going to the match tonight as part of the club, they will travel with the 1st team for away fixtures,

Great experience for the young lads, some of which are only 17 yrs old,

      C'mon young Reds

Can only benefit them Billy, it's just a pity for the supporters that they're playing so early in the day.  I wanted to take my niece and nephew to the Madrid game but they'll be at school.  They'd have loved it.

I think it's to do with playing on the same day as the CL games JD, it's a great idea imo,  going back to the day when the ressies played before the 1st X1 did,  for once uefa getting something right.

There's actually alot of criticism on this from clubs at it means kids miss several days of school on a regular basis, while it's hard enough balancing football and school for them as it is.

Didn't know that mate if I'm honest,  not sure tho that player's would miss much schooling,  how long would they be away for, maybe a couple of days 3?,
I'm sure they'll be allowed to catch up laters,

Don't see much that they'd need to fret over, I'm sure no one misses out.!
