All Time Liverpool Premier League 1st 11 based upon Squad numbers

Was having a think about what would be my preferred 1st 11 LFC team during the Premiership era based upon Squad numbers.

It's far tougher than it sounds to create a balanced team!

I did think about Gerrard and Fowler, but then they feature with 8 & 9 so I didn't want to be lazy.
