Aye, 5 times before, Berbatov & Keane, Bergkamp & Edu, Andy Cole & Kevin Davies - the only time it was two different clubs for the joint award, Shearer & Sutton and Fowler & Collymore.

Don't see why they take so long to announce these things, I heard the commentator say that BR and Luis had won the awards during the West Ham game.

I'm keeping everything crossed for us to sweep the board at the Season awards, along with the Title Trophy to go with them.

Congratulations. No one deserves it more. If we don't clean up at all the player and managers awards this season there's something very wrong. Even if don't end up champions the BR has to win manager of the year. Seen a few folk on twitter say Tony Pulis should win it if he keeps Palace up. Taking away my love and bias for Liverpool for a second but a manager avoiding relegation shouldn't even be considered alongside a possible league winning manager.

Well in Stevie and Luis 4 out of the the last 8 have come our way, Gerrard is now top of the list with a total of 6
