Fair play, I used to think he was nothing more than an overrated poseur, and I still do

But that's a pretty neat thing to do

Some things go beyond rivalries.  Class there.

Always liked Giroud and thought he came across a genuinely nice and dignified guy. I enjoyed watching him when he was at Montpellier before leaving for Arsenal and this just confirms what I thought of him. Now compare that to the disrespect shown by Silva who I now have even less time for than before.

Very classy gesture from Giroud.
