      Liverpool top "Fair Play Table"
      Apr 20, 2014 02:26:12 pm
Just thought this is worth noting and discussing after the spectacle Chelski made of themselves this week.

We are currently top of the Fair Play Table, it measures respect to opponents, referees, discipline and so on.

      Quote from BBC:

"As well as having had the greatest number of penalties awarded to them, Liverpool are top of the latest edition of the Premier League's Fair Play table. It is calculated on "positive play", "respect towards opponents and officials" and behaviour of team officials and public" as well as red and yellow cards received. Chelsea are seventh."

Here's the Fair Play table in full:

Interesting reading that table. The better performing teams  tend to be the "fair play" teams
