Was poor against City.  I don't think he'll play.  I don't think Rodgers fancies him to play against sides with whom he has 'history'.

He played very well against City and Chelsea last season though to be fair to the lad, scoring in both games. He missed the away ties this season with injury so its only really the home game against City this season that we can say he didn't play well in.

I don't think Daniel enjoyed his time at the bridge. It's not positive history if any.

also having 3 (including sterling) as a major threat against their back line that will have them really worried.  this gives allen and cou just in behind to work some magic.

sturridge's presence helps reduce coverage on suarez and sterling so I wouldn't mind him in the game.  maybe not for the full 90 but definitely I can see him play a part since he missed the first Chelsea game I believe

At least put him on for the first 20 minutes, then once we are 4 nil up we can take him off.

If Sturridge is fit, Sturridge plays. It's that's simple. He's been a revelation for us this season.

Even if he has as an off day, he still makes great runs, opens spaces and causes problems with his sheer pace and skill.

Can't wait to see him rifle one in with that deadly left foot!

Who gives a flying F**k about that muppet and his pathetic mind games, him and his shower of sh*te are fu**ed and he knows it. A lot of us haven't forgot their antics during the minutes silence Brendan should just remind the players of that and do our talking on the football pitch.

I'm sure the cu*ts will soon learn to shut up when we thump them 4-0.

      Play him then.
      I would.
In his opinion we are the biggest club in England... who he plays for.  He would be fired up for it.

There's no denying this a Mourinho mind game -- even if he actually does field a "weakened" team -- to put pressure on us. "Champions? They can't even beat a weakened side" etc.

There are several things to hate about Chelsea, but one that grates me is their handling of Matic. He was in their squad, wasn't given a chance, shipped off to Benfica and then bought back for £21 million. That represents everything that is wrong with that club.

Besides United, the one team I always want us to obliterate is Chelsea. Cannot stand them and everything they represent.

Don't give a shiny sh*te what side that tw*t fields,
We can only play what's in front of us, their injuries/weakened side is no concern to us,
Its their f***in problem not ours,

That kunt is just covering his Portuguese ass for certain failure,
Brendan knows exactly how he works, and will outwit him hands down ,

Maureen knows this too, so is getting his excuses in before the sh*te hits the fan,

                  Mignolet
      Johnson Skrtel Agger Flanno
             Gerrard       Allen
                    Coutinho
       Sterling   Sturridge  Suarez

Bench; Jones, Sakho, Toure, Lucas, Moses,Alberto, Aspas

Win this we are almost there , the champers will be put on ice, along with thousands of beers , ale , lagers etc ,

Plastics will be out of it and shitty will have a resigned feel about them when Palace take points off them ,

I can't even see these KUNTS scoring against us, I think we will get at them from the off and do a Arsenal type battering,

I can see us putting 3 past them at least and that's the score line I'm going for ...

       3-0 to the Redmen

      We Go Again. !

Anyone else notice the pictures of the team training for the Chelsea game did not feature any of Sturridge?

So is he not training or is this LFC mind games? >:D

Concerning Maureen he said he does not have the complete say on who plays as he is only the manager.

Could this be code for I'm p*ssed off here come and get me United?

Anyway I think this is a good time to do an Arsenal/Everton/Spurs on them.

Fook it we should just put out a weakened team and still smash them up

Jones Kelly Toure Agger Cissokho Texeira Alberto Lucas Smith Aspas Sinclair

2 nil Aspas and a toure screamer 2 minutes from time. Oh that would be class rightly stick it mourinhos hole

Sturrridge has the habit of missing in action for a few games, next turn up to bang-in a few goals. And I have the guts feelings it'll be the same case if he faetures.
