One of the Mancs executives on record saying they don't care what they have to pay to bring in a top quality player rumors swirling they will break their all time transfer fee record.

Not sure who they think they are going to con into playing with them with no European football.

On SSN they've just said the fee that Spurs are paying for Vorm is £2m. That's amateurish by Swansea if true. It obviously wouldn't be the only time SSN have got the fee wrong though.

Surprised no one is in for, Giancarlo González, the guy was a beast in the world cup! Would love it if we bought him!

It's the opposite of amateurish actually. Utrecht, Vorm's old club, had a big sell on % clause on Vorm. Swansea circumvented that with the Sigurdsson and Davies deals.

Have you seen him play at club level? A world cup really isn't enough to go by.

His agent is certainly trying to get him signed in Europe though, I know he was offered to PSV too, and while they need a defender they weren't interested.

Is Chambers the young right back supposed to be even better than Clyne?

Yes mate, it's crazy how much Southampton have made on players this summer.

      Lallana 25m?
      Lovren 20m
      Shaw 30m
      Chambers 16m
      Lambert 4m

They may have lost key players but they'll be able to bring in some depth with that money. There's also a chance that Schneiderlin will go which could fetch them anywhere between 15-20m.

Chambers is terrific. Shame we didn't go in for him at that price when he sorts out our right back position for over a decade.

I wouldn't mock it too much if I were you, guarentee his strength and aerial ability will still cause us and a lott of other teams problems.

Should go for Lukaku now. They've signed Costa and Drogba.

He mayy have strength and aerial ability but he most certainly isn't one of the best in Europe. There are so many strikers better than him.

Everton signed, Muhamed Besic. He looked really good along side Pjanic in the world cup. Be interesting to see how he adapts to the PL.

Agreed, the way the Club is being pilfered, you'd think they were the best Club in the League.

They sold two fullbacks who will be first class for a long time, three star performers who are about to hit their prime, and a striker who is perfect for the role we want him for.

The only shock sale is Rodriguez. The rest are quality and it only took watching them last season to see that.
