Haxball - Football vs Air Hockey
      Jun 10, 2014 10:36:45 pm
So I started playing this game called Haxball, which is an amazing little 2D game.

I was thinking that we could get a few people on here playing it and even start up a League. It's a very easy game to learn. You control your "player" (a circle) by moving with your arrow keys or WASD. Using Z or Ctrl, you can kick the ball at whatever angle you're facing.

We could get some 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6 anything or the sort going. It requires some real teamwork to get a good team going, and if we get good enough we could even take on RedCafe for bragging rights!

Anyone interested, just go to that website and let me know via PM what your name is. You don't even need to sign up, you can just enter and play under an alias.

      Nobody interested in this then?

Here's a demonstration of the game - it's all about angles:

I tried it quickly before and they get so aggressive and abusive if you're not up to Messi's standard :lmao:

Some people are like that, and they're the people that spend 8 hours a day on it perfecting everything.

Best ignoring them and starting your own room - label it "noobs" as well.

I tried playing shortly.....cool concept but like mcarz said...seems to be a "clique" thing where people boot you for no reason. I'm too old for that sort of behavior :D

I've been 'banned' and 'booted' about 10 times :D

There's some proper childish people on these games.

From what I could tell that's mostly because of the actual children playing it. The one game I was in the middle of paused and the comment in the chat was "my teacher came by"...so the kid was playing it in school during class apparently. :D

I can create the rooms - that's not a problem. You won't get banned or booted that way.
