Absolutely delighted we have got Lallana. It amazes me a little bit to see the excitement that greeted the Markovic news today compared to the skepticism that surrounded the club's pursuit of Lallana.

Cracking player, genuinely two footed, quite quick, fantastic work rate and skillful too, can pass it, can beat people. Also had some excellent games against the better sides in our division last season including this clip vs Arsenal. I spent 30 minutes digging out footage of young Markovic this evening (as I've never seen him before) but I didn't see anything to match some of the film Adam put together last season.

I quite like Lallana, but i'm really not sure that's the best video for him... a lot of sideways passes, looks sloppy at times and gives the ball away a fair bit...

In which case treat yourself to some of the Markovic Bs vids that are up on youtube, he lose the ball plenty as well. Players who look to play positively in and around the final 3rd often lose the ball, it's the risk when you try something. Lallana eats on the ball and makes things happens, lots of touches, some simple, some impressive and soem that don't quite work. He's got a great engine, pops up all over the place, shows for it in tight areas and has the footwork and acceleration to play put of those areas. If you weren'timpressed by his Arsenal performance then your a tough fan to please!

F*cking joke of a post you should be embarrassed.

Although the silly post does highlight Lallana is a better goal scorer than Kroos.

      Emre Can - £10 Million.
      13/14 League Season - 29 appearances. 3 goals. 3 assists.

      Toni Kroos - £20 Million.
      13/14 League Season - 29 appearances. 2 goals. 4 assists.

Let's ignore that though because having a go at Lallana is easier.

      Adam Lallana - 25 Million.
      13/14 League Season - 38 appearances. 9 goals. 8 assists.

Looks like we've done quite well with the midfielders we've signed,
but lets have a moan anyway because Toni Kroos.

Could be worse, could be one of our very few quality full backs :D

He'll probably miss about 4 or 5 matches. We have more than enough cover, it won't be that big of an issue as some think.
