Doing our best to destroy this lad's confidence.

Cost a lot of money, money that could have been spent elsewhere and despite the fact he has been crap, surely that price tag would at least have him making the bench of nothing else.

He must be F***ing baffled, the team's been flat and very sh*te, surely giving this lad a chance would be nice. Not dropping him completely.....

I still think that if he's given more chances and confidence he will grow ... no way we should've paid so much for him, but he could develop into a good player for us.

Great way to bring the lad's confidence up.

Sky high when you fork out 20m for him and way to bring him down not even picking him in the squad let alone the first 11.

Great man management there, has all the traces of Assaidi and Alberto transfers even though he cost us a cool 20m.

Pretty shocking he was not even on the bench when you consider the problems Raheem caused them with his pace, he would have been the ideal replacement.

its not fair that BR is not playing him after spending that cash on him, i mean what's he saving him for hows he going to adapt. what happens in training does not make up for real time playing time which he needs to improve.

really ahh yer just checked he was born march 94 and sterling december 94. I stand corrected but even so in footballing terms hes still a kid and he's just come from whats IMO a relitvily easier league than the prem so will need a season to bed in. without game time this is going to be hard and i think BR needs to trust him and stick him in to gain the experiance needed.

I would have no problem with the Markovic signing if he was signed after we had addressed replacing Suarez adequately first. But we didn't and now it looks like signing Markovic was a gamble and that £20 million could have been put to better use towards signing a top class striker. It's not Lazars fault obviously but it's very frustrating to watch this guy barely make the bench as he isn't close to ready for PL football while we can't buy a goal in the league.

Those of you banging on about Brendan and what a big meanie he is for not playing this lad should maybe take a look back at his performances thus far, they've been shi...te. He has so far looked like a poor player with zero confidence. Sticking him in a side with low confidence hardly seems a marriage made in heaven. Even the Madrid game which I have heard a few hold up as some sort of example of him being up to it was hardly a highlight reel was it?

In the boys defence hes started 2 league games. When we say Mignolet Gerrard Skrtel etc are sh*te its based on a lot of games.
