      Newspaper-style fanzine - what's it called?
      Jul 18, 2014 12:53:13 pm
      Hello there,

Does anyone know the name of a LFC fanzine in the style of a newspaper, and whether it's still available?

I've tried googling but can't find what i'm after. Knowing the name of the newspaper fanzine would help, so I can find out if it's still available.

When I was living in London a few years ago, I was able to go to most of the home games, and would get this newspaper-style fanzine (as well as a few other magazine-style fanzines like RAOLT) to read on the train on the way home. I think it was available in some of the newsagents/corner shops near Anfield.

I've had to move back to Jersey, where I'm from (my mother is from Fazackerly - which is why I support Liverpool), so can't get there and see for myself. I am currently off work for a long time suffering from prolapsed discs, and it would be nice to have some fanzines to read again, and I'm wondering if any of them are available to buy online and have them posted to my home addresss.

Any info would be very much appreciated.

      Cheers,
      fred

Used to love The Kop. Since we went past the era of dial up internet I haven't had much need to buy it or newspapers.

I'm sure that was when it was a proper fanzine, rather than just the extension of the Echo Sport that it is now!

I've found the webite for The Kop magazine: http://www.thekopmagazine.com/
And there's a link on the front page for subscriptions which are a lot cheaper than the link mentioned above: http://www.merseyshop.com/products/details/the_kop_magazine/Kop_annual_subscription/

      Cheers lads
