Liverpool take on Barclays Premier League rivals Manchester City at the famous Yankee Stadium in New York on Wednesday night, July 30 - and you can watch the whole game live on LFCTV GO.

The match kicks-off at 7.10pm New York time, which is 12.10am BST in the early hours of Thursday July 31.

Expect a tight game but City have started quite sharply, they look a lot fitter than us at the minute, so i would be happy with a score draw, obviously rooting for a win though.

While pre-season game results don't mean much, you can bet there'll be an extra bit of spice in this one. Should be good!

SSN reporting that Sturridge and Lambert both start. I expect that means we will play a midfield diamond. Be interested to see how we get on, the diamond worked really well last season BUT i think we would struggle with a Lambert-Sturridge combo up top on a regular basis. I'm not sure our midfield would cope. Only one way to find out though!

Disappointed to see Jones start and Markovic not to be in the staring 11, will be good to see how Coates gets along.
