Toure should be gone before the end of the window. Based on performances in pre-season, he is 6th choice at the minute, Coates is out playing him, I've really liked the look of Coates in most parts.

We could do with more link up play between midfield and attack because Coutinho is having to do a lot on his own.

That's where Allen has been missing.

The play and possesion on the right side, particularly when Kelly is involved, is utterly insipid.

Coates was the stand out performer.

Joe Allen, Enrique and Sturridge were terrible. Lambert wasn't great either.

Either way we did have the best chance of the game.

Absolutely nothing, as has been mentioned, on this level of form he'll be lucky to make the bench.

Think Kelly has been dreadful too though and that's being complimentary.

Positives really Stevie and Coutinho looking good and carrying wee Joe. Hendo needs to get involved more but he's not exactly getting much support on his side from Kelly. Coates looking strong at the back and way ahead of Kolo in terms of performance level. Enrique coming back from injury looks like he's a tank, plenty of conditioning training needed and still hate the way he's so one footed.

Allen aside pretty poor performance from our front 2 so far.

Not really working is it.

Would love to see us change to a 4231 as at the moment they are passing through our midfield with ease.
