Has Rodgers said anything about Reina's situation? I know Reina said they haven't spoken yet or something? I really feel there might be some tension between the two, and that Rodgers could still be annoyed or pissed at how Reina has spoken of his desire to leave on many occasions, along with good bye letter too.

Deffo a midfield diamond then, interesting to see Toure and Coates both start. I'm hoping for another good performance from Coates as he has been quietly impressive the last two games. Also be interesting to see if Kelly is up to the job of providing width n this set up because we will play very narrow.

Mignolet's only been here for a couple of days, so it's most probable that we're F***ing Reina off if he doesn't even get a place on the bench

Reckon Rodgers isn't having Reina's sh*t from last season and is just leaving him out and I guess Mignolet isn't fit enough yet.

Rodgers has been quoted saying he had a little niggle in training, Skrtel isn't out on the bench either as his apparently starting on the weekend.

Looking forward to this one. Should be a good test of our fitness and hopefully a better game than we have seen so far.

Yeah I agree. He looked isolated against Olympiakos so hopefully this'll give him license to roam without being harassed by 2-3 players. Pretty gutting Raheem, Emre and Lazar are not starting, but I suppose we have to give everyone a run out.

Can't work that one out myself either. Just a few pre season games to go and still not an appearance from Mignolet or Reina. Shouldn't be the case that we are still playing Jones at this stage of pre season.
