Strong team. Debut for Manquillo and hope Sturridge's recovered properly.

Rather Enrique out on the left and Sakho over Skrtel. But very strong team indeed, glad Can has the nod over Allen.

No Flanagan or Markovic on the bench, must be major doubts for the Southampton game I'd have thought. 

Come on reds, hope to see Sturridge get a goal or two today.

On Topic: I'd like to see Suso and Ibe be given a second half run out,  a big team like Dortmund in front of that many home fans would be great preparation for Ibe.

Suso I think needs more game time to show Rodgers his ready for the first time and what better way to show it, up against a good dortmund side.

Liverpool fans can see summer signings Dejan Lovren and Javier Manquillo in action for the first time when both start in the friendly against Borussia Dortmund at Anfield today.

The defenders have joined the Reds from Southampton and Atletico Madrid respectively in time for the new season and feature in Brendan Rodgers' XI to face the German side.

Supporters who cannot attend the encounter can watch how everything unfolds in the team's final preparation fixture, which kicks off at 12.15pm, by watching live via LFCTV GO.

Elsewhere in the line-up, Daniel Sturridge returns to lead the attack following a minor injury and midfielder Emre Can enjoys a maiden run-out at the Reds' home ground.

Surprised that Lovren has dislodged Sakho.

Yup. I expected Brendan to favour Sakho over Skrtel.

The streams usually start about 5-10 minutes before the match starts.

As expected regarding the front six, would have liked to see Sakho and Enrique in for Skrtel and Johnson though.
