I've not a clue, my choice was partially down to my grandad and partially down to being the 1st English team I saw play, whilst living in Germany and also an early obsession with Jan Molby. 

Wouldn't had followed football if it wasn't for liverpool.

Anyone thought of Tranmere Rovers, need every bit of support the way things seem to be going for them lately.

if Liverpool didn't exist... i would probably follow the team my dad loves most.... manutd urgh... and i am not even kidding.  he is a die hard manure fan. for some reason, when I grew up I latched onto Liverpool and never looked back.  my dad to this day still asks me how the heck did i go Liverpool when he had manure sh*te all over the house.  I just keep telling him, dad... one of us fell in love with a real club and that person aint you.

even the other day after the manutd win over everton.  he was telling me that manutd is finally playing better and Liverpool still needs to find their form.  I told him.  Dad i love you, it is your bday so happy bday. but as bad as Liverpool has been playing lately, we are 1 little point behind manutd that is occupying 4th and yes we did lose to basel in CL.. but it is a tournament manutd isn't even part of.

I support Liverpool because my dad has since the 40's, and as soon as I could talk he had me saying the names of the players - so I will have to ask him who he would have supported I guess.

My legs because they support me.

I don't think I'd follow English football.
Hard to know.

Barca and Real have become increasingly detestable as clubs.
Never really liked picking clubs that were followed by people because they won everything.

I'd probably be a Dortmund or Atletico Madrid fan, although not to the same extent as now.
I'd still be more of a motorsport fan. Only really got into football because of liverpool.
So, in this alternate reality, I'd have a Dortmund and Atletico jersey but not really follow football.

I'd watch football. But I just wouldn't be that arsed by it. It'd be the same as watching boxing, tennis and stuff.

When the 2 jokers H&G had their claws in, I'd do my bit with the protests and fan takeover plans, but I don't think I watched any football at some pt.

Probably Aston Villa because I grew up in a family of Villa supporters. Thank God Liverpool does in fact exist because I don't think I could honestly support a team that puts 10 men behind the ball in seemingly every match.

Probably Newcastle United as my Nannas late husband was a huge Newcastle fan and he didn't have a bad bone in his body.

I think football probably would have ceased to exist if liverpool didn't, or ought to have. We'd probably be talking sh*t about cricket.

Without LFC I wouldn't have been drawn to this game in the first place; I would most likely still be half-concentrating on sox games (however close to my heart may they be).

My overseas teams are Barca in La Liga and Roma in Serie A.

 

Since i was a kid i fancied Barcelona and Inter, so probably i would've supported them even more 

From our league, probably Everton or Nottingham Forrest.

When I was a kid there was a soccer game on PC which included only the two Manchester teams playing against each other. I hated United at first sight, and became a City fan, until after a few days when my old man introduced me to the greatest football club on earth.

Fiorentina. Been a fan since they used to show Serie A on really late at night going back about 16 years.

One thing is for sure, I would still have to carry on supporting myself.

My family were all into LFC, so who knows what they'd love if LFC never existed.
If Bill Shankly wasn't such an intelligent and philosophical person to start off the legacy then we may just consider ourselves like any team with a dedicated fan base.
