Plus it's a good time if he wanted to post something in hindsight,
given that Reus is out injured again having been injured for the World Cup.

Just don't know what to believe anymore. He tweeted once about how he really rated Aquilani (who was then sold), Rodgers said Balotelli wont be a Liverpool player (he then signs for us), now this?! Who knows what to believe?! If we say it's a joke he will end up signing and if we take it as we want him then he wont be joining us.

The thing is that we did "find a Luis" in a Dutch football club  so there are quality players about. Its finding them.

Whichever way it cuts ..... the Scum eventually got the cheque book out.


You get what you pay for ........ and thats not just the players we are talking about.




It riles me watching other teams players we were supposed to be going for  ..... and for whatever bullshit ...we didnt.

I was firmly against the idea that we had to spend big and buy "marquee" type players to succeed and while it is still early, I am starting to worry that in this modern game that's exactly what we need to do. Look at Madrid's lineup against us, we are lucky we didn't give up 9 or 10. You start to watch the CL highlights and see how the established stars can affect a game and while I love that we have players that will likely be really good for us in the future, I am starting to worry about the now. I'm hoping that I'm just overreacting due to our recent struggles but I'm worried that our recent struggles are going to plague us all season and cause us to give back all the ground we made up.

All this and I'm typically an optimist.
