Probably on a good rate, with a big penalty clause if not completed on time.

Wouldn't be surprised to read about a performance related contract  being that's how FSG like to work  ;)

This is a bit off topic but why are the lines on the road in the first picture zig zagged?

What do the ZigZag lines at the crossing mean?
The approach to, and exit from, a pedestrian crossing is marked with zigzag lines. It also means that you must not park on them or overtake the leading vehicle when approaching the crossing. Parking here would block the view for pedestrians and the approaching traffic.

I'm happy with the development, even though i would have liked more a completely new 60.000 capacity stadium.

Well even Bill Shankly and Peter Robinson wanted us to leave Anfield. And that was when the place had ATMOSPHERE.

It was the fans that made Anfield. But now they've been replaced (in many cases atleast) by the Halfandhalfs. But Anfield the stadium ie bricks and mortar was never anything special. Apart from the old Kop and the history of the pitch.

I've been to Anfield literally hundreds of times, even when living many miles away.
But I wouldn't have lost any sleep if we moved to Stanley Park. Infact, the majority wanted us to go to the Park.

I'm happy if we stay on the current site IF we have a top ground and club built. But its currently far too little, far too late.

I can't say I've clocked up 100s of games fella but I've been my fare share and the place feels special to me every time I go, I wouldn't want to lose that. Admittedly the atmosphere isn't always the greatest but that's modern day football for you. Omits day it's the greatest place on earth to watch a game of football. I'm glad we're staying put.

      Wow.

Shame they are only small images, but yes, they really are going at it.

Just hope there are no short cuts.

Going to be more than two sets of staircases for an 18,000 seat stadium or whatever? Surely?
