So according to Brendan the Capitol Cup is now priority number one. But even if we win the cup but still don't get CL does he deserve another season? The owners didn't think Kenny did.

Another interesting fact tonight's game will be the 27th time this season Brendan has changed the team. I know we have had a few injuries but 27 different starting teams? How can there be any cohesion in our play if he's chopping and changing the team every week?

Brendan still has a way to go in "changing the team" before he breaks any records, I think it's 99 games or something (maybe that was league I can't recall now).

As for tonight's game, I'm actually pretty happy we appear to be keeping much of the same team which played at Old Trafford. We were the better side there, and I thought the three at the back was a big contributor to that. Lucas for Allen is a positive, and I think Markovic deserves to start. The future captain deserves to stay in the team and does so which is a positive, and the only other change I would make is to bring Mignolet back for Jones. Apparently the last one isn't going to happen, but I take us to win comfortably 3-0 and it not to matter.

Hi guys,
Hope any of you coming to the South Coast have a safe journey both ways.
Can I just say that we are really looking forward to having the great Liverpool on our pitch again tonight.
We have drastically improved since the last Cup game we had. Yet we are not counting our chickens as you will always be a threat with the talent you have at your disposal.
We are being realist, yes we have a chance to test our Premiership capabilities tonight as a measure for next season (hopefully!) and would love the win, possibly a stepping stone for us in Europe, only 3 games away after tonight! Though as long as our lads give their best the score isn't the important thing for us.
We are expecting a tough night but, hopefully, a fantastic, high scoring, spectacle for all in the stadium and watching on tv.
I wish you all good luck, but am obviously rooting for the Mighty Cherries.

Bournemouth must be on a real high, very difficult to see a win for the Reds with a so called "Lack of confidence" in the side. They are supposed to be professionals very difficult to make out the sudden lack of form, surely the players should stand up and be counted
