I'd go all in for Lars Bender or Christoph Kramer (both from Leverkusen, but Kramer is on loan at Gladbach so likely not to be a possibility in January), a keeper (there are a few good ones in Germany, such as Horn and Leno) and a striker - that's the most difficult one, can't think of a reasonable name here. I really wish we had signed Sanchez...

To be fair Rodgers wanted Bony, Sanchez and Eriksen here. But the committee dictated otherwise. I trust him to be given license to sign a striker of his choosing. But I never want him to have control over a defensive signing ever again!

I think Bony or Martinez are the best obtainable options available in January. As for keepers Cech would be great if he signed as out new No.1 as he would have a point to prove against the Chavs for dropping him. Bender would be great but we already signed Can so can't see that happening. I would love Cabaye to replace Allen too. We need some more pace in the side as well so Shaqiri might be worth a punt.

The answer is simple: Liverpool have not hired me (yet).

If this cold war between Brendan and the rest at the club continues we´ll be thankfull for getting the likes of Alberto, Aspas, Coates and Assaidi in January window.

Worst season at this stage for 50yrs. A game we blitzed 5-1 last yr, and we nearly lost if not for a last min equaliser.

Yet some here are taking about Mr Sparkly Teeth like he's Rafa, Bob and Bill all rolled into one, and we're 6 pts clear of Chelsea.
