What to do in Liverpool?

I am coming to town next Friday for 3 days with my Liverpool fanatic boys (8 and 10).  We are coming to England just to see the game against Blackburn. Is it worth going out to Melrose for them to try and see the players going to or from training on the Friday or Saturday? If so, what time? Anything else worth seeing? Cheers.

if there is one thing you should do, it is to sing when you're at the game. 

And make sure your lads sing as well.

don't be one of the touristy types, sitting on your arse the whole time.

If you sing and get your lads into it they will respect you forever.

even if you don't know the difference between Melwood and Melrose.

yeah, I am we would have worked it out eventually that Melrose was wrong when the houses started to thin out and we still hadn't found the ground. Thanks Federer.

I travel across from Ireland sometimes not even for matches but just to enjoy the city. The stadium tour is always worth it. In the city there are some great museum's the local lads would now better locations etc. But generally mix with locals and take it all in. Great people to mingle with in the city always I find. At the match sing your head off and enjoy every minute.

Manquillo was there today
