Good by him but not really current and a bit mischievous by those twitterers, that was April last year....

      http://forums.liverpoolfc.com/archive/index.php/t-355538.html
I personally don't think when it was said is relevant, and he may even have said it because that rag may have said derogatory remarks about his Mother. Just the fact he doesn't like that rag is all good in my book :D (I believe Balo said similar about the rag).

Posted it because I thought it was pretty cool and funny

The only people who haven't been offended by the rag are it's readers and I think the fact that they should be offended by it and aren't is the most telling of all.

Anyway, I concur with others, why isn't this in general football?

Ancelotti's wife: "Carlo wants to recharge his batteries"
The former Real Madrid coach's spouse spoke to the magazine Vanity Fair: "We wanted to take advantage of the possibility to know places in Spain we have not been able to visit up to now".

      @ASAgustinmartin
      28 de mayo de 2015 10:03

Mariann Ancelotti (right) says her and her husband will remain in Spain to visit the country and allow the coach to consider his long-term future.
Mariann Ancelotti, the wife of the Italian coach, was interviewed by the magazine Vanity Fair after her husband was dismissed by Real Madrid.

“If Real had wanted, Carlo would have continued. But it did not happen and Carlo wants to ‘recharge his batteries’ here before making a decision about which club will be his next,” she said before adding that they will go to her home in Vancouver (Canada) for the summer.

Regarding the coach’s decision to take a sabbatical year in Spain, Mariann explained the motives: “We wanted to take advantage of the possibility to know places in Spain we have not been able to visit up to now. Also museums, restaurants etc. In addition, we are going to have a new member of our family shortly and we look forward to the arrival of Alessandro, Katia’s son.

Additionally, the people of Madrid are incredible. They have supported us a lot and they have transmitted their respect to us and the enormous appreciation that they have for Carlo. We are very grateful to the people for their affection and loyalty.”

She also went over her life in the Spanish capital: “What I like the most are the terraces and the way in which people enjoy being on the street. There is a fantastic climate and a lot of light in the city. As I grew up with a lot of nature, the truth is that I spend a lot of time in El Retiro (Retiro Park). It is one of the nicest parks that I know. In each corner there is something different to see and you always discover something new.”

I honestly don't think the Bild/Klopp link or Marca/Ancelotti links were ever anything to get excited over.

If we wanted Klopp we could have had him already, weeks ago.

I honestly don't think FSG gave a f**k about the Stoke result and if Rodger's was likely to go and your best managerial appointee was sitting in Germany with no future role lined up, even the sh*t show that is Liverpool would be awaiting two weeks after the season to conduct the all important review?

any signs of the white smoke coming from the Boston enclave.

Still black smoke John, FSG can't come to a decision on who the new manager will be.

Its such a hard choice isnt it. Is the lack of support for Brendan "telling" is he about to be axed ?. Or do they consider us such an insignificance in their lives that they haven't even discussed it yet.

I just want to reiterate that Klopp sucks

and we literally hounded out the next Real manager 5 years ago because he 'wasnt good enough' for liverpool.

Some of our fans need to take a long look at themselves ;D

Can you show us the hounds?

I think you'll find that although we were not always sure of Rafa's tactics at times, we did not hound him out.

His tactics may have been influenced by H&G's financial restrictions.

H&G fired him, the fans were not involved.

The fans with the help of others hounded H&G out of Liverpool.

Who the hell is 'we'? As far as I'm I concerned, the majority of us wanted Rafa to stay. I'd prefer Rodgers to stay, but I'm not sure how you think Klopp is a sh*t manager either if he came here.

Just because you support Brendan doesn't mean you should lose all sense of reality

"Klopp sucks" - only if you know nothing about football.

Klopp is 6/4 to be our next manager most polls I see have Brendan out 80/20 so it looks like he will be staying then.

      Well, that's different.

I posted earlier that maybe no approach can be made until after the Dortmund Cup final and sacking Brendan could put more pressure on him and FSG.So after the Cup final if Klopp is to come here I would expect immediate action from FSG.If not as some of us are now concluding no change is imminent. FSG what a joke.

As far as I can tell the cup final is on Saturday coming. I did read an artical saying that FSG like day 11 after an incident to do their dirty work, so that's takes us to a week today.

That takes us to a day after the alleged End of Year Review meeting.

      Alleged?
      How is it alleged?
We know it's happening, it happens every year under FSG.

It'll be within a day or 2 of that.
This has been planned for ages.
They (FSG) do a season review every year.

Of course if he's (BR) going to be sacked, the announcement might not be on the same day as the review, but it WILL be within a few days.
If he's safe, I'd imagine the announcement will be made more quickly.

I just want this sh*t over so we can move on, one way or another.

They're waiting for the end of season review, as I'm sure you well know, despite the asinine attempts to stir things up.
