      Fair point, I agree.

For the sake of the team and the manager's health I'd say leave him where he is. The last thing we need is him coming back and creating headlines again. Klopp has already made it clear he doesn't like the current media attention situation as it is, Balotelli will make that ten times worse and he will offer nothing on the pitch.

I think he's a last resort too mate. Let's pray Sturridge can stay fit and Benteke gets back soon.

Feel terrible for the lad. One player tearing their ACL is very unlucky, but TWO is unbelievable!

I'm thinking - hoping - that we'll play Sturridge & Origi at WHL in that case.

Milner, Phil and Lallana behind Sturridge maybe.

Only heard this news on way back home from work. It's a real blow because this lad had make a cracking start and clearly would have fitted into Klopps run hard, press high philosophy to a tee. I really don't think much of Origi as a striker based on what he's shone thus far so this one really is a kick in the teeth. Fingers crossed Studge can stay fit and the owners back Klopp in the window to go and get who he wants.

It's shi...t luck to lose two of our most promisinyoung players so early in the season

I like Ings and Gomez a lot, but it's pathetic that for a club of our size, our season is in turmoil after losing an 18 year old and a player we signed from the Championship.

      Who said we're in turmoil?

All this means is we will be signing at least two players in January.

Who said we are in turmoil because of those injuries? How about you put what ever agenda it is you have to one side and realise it's the number of players injured rather than the fact it's an 18year old and Ings. Who join Lovren, Firmino, Coutinho and Benteke. Any turmoil is because of the number of injuries at the club that seems to be growing.

Yeah I think that was a rather large leap.

I think both are massive losses though, Gomez because I thought he'd possibly even oust Skrtel from the team and Ings because he'd started so well and was someone that suited Klopp's philosophy so ideally.

We're certainly looking quite thin at CB now though (if you accept that Can isn't ideal there). Striker also looking quite worrying when Benteke and Studge's injury record are taken into account.

I wonder if it might force Jürgen's hand a little in jan though. I'm not sure striker would have been a priority for him but he may actually have to get one if either Big Ben or Studge do take a knock.

Wasn't long was it before you reengaged with your wild and hysteric and truly irritant side.

You really are only happy when decrying the end of the world and complaining about small things like the grass being green aren't you?

      Turmoil. Ha. Ok then.
Sturridge and Origi as options up front.
Moreno will play left back. (Enrique will play FIFA)

Terrible break for both Ings and Gomez but not earth shattering for LFC.
Hopefully they keep positive and come back stronger.

Dunno what it is but it's always during or after f**king England duty isn't it. Southgate and Hodgson probably literally make them run through brick walls and their fitness team are probably all ex- second hand car salesmen.

Another fine mess fu**ed up by the backwards Neanderthal fuckwits in the England camp.

Ings misfortune will give Origi an opportunity and from what I saw in the Sion match he has it all to be a top striker,  he just needs to improve his nerve in front of goal but he has time to improve in that aspect being only 20.
