My predictions for relegation before the games started today were Norwich, Sunderland and Villa.
Yeah Sunderland for sure will be there abouts. This Amavi kid for Villa at left back looks terrific.
My predictions for relegation before the games started today were Norwich, Sunderland and Villa. I did a lucky dip 'Prem Predictor' at William Hill this morning and it's safe to say I may as well throw it away now
Think Norwich have the most potential of all the promoted sides myself so I'm not going to bet them just yet even if they are 2-0 down! I think Alex Neil could go far in management. Very far. Gets his team's to play smart intelligent football. They'll recover over 38 games I feel.Think Sunderland have pushed their luck too often and they'll get what they deserve this year - relegation. You don't get anywhere in football by buying old age Man Utd rejects accompanied by a revolving door of managers coming in and then out. They are utterly undeserving of their Premier League status and to be frank, it pisses me right off!
Gestede!!! Get in. 1-0. Sherwood will be smug as F**k after that.
Norwich's problem has always been at the back though, I just don't think they'll score enough to cover the goals that they'll concede.
Fantasy side could be doing without those goals conceded, Leicester...
I'm going to try a different take on things this season mate, I'm looking at things solely from a stats pov.10 points from each group of 5 games, averaging 10 goals scored should be enough to achieve our minimum target of top 4, anything else is a bonus. I believe we can achieve that and if it's one of those seasons where a lot of clubs have above average numbers then it's out of our hands.Minimum 70 goals scored with 70+ points won and we're at least back around where we need to be.
