Is it me but does anyone think Isco is right up in being the best technical footballers in the world? He is an utter joy to watch, his close control and technique is unreal. Why is he never a preferred choice at Real?

His FM stats do not do him justice

fans and apparently the president love hum but just think he needs to move on to get more regular football

What a pathetic effort by City, going out without even raising a glove.

If anyone on here mentions getting YaYa even on a freebie should be a automatic ban.

Today showed how far Suarez is ahead of Aguero. Unbelievable people even compared the two this past season. Suarez would've dragged his team forward and at least created chances for himself or the team. Aguero just sat on the shoulder of the defenders looking to be played through all night when no service was ever coming his way.

Sterling looked hilariously out of depth.

Toure was average. So was KDB.

Still rooting for Atletico in the final. Torres has been excellent and Griezman is so under-appreciated in a league with all those stars.

I don't get the Aguero love he is not even close to Messi or Luis not on the same planet.

He's in the tier below Messi and Suarez. Still a world class striker.

Not sure where else to put this but am I understanding this correctly, when we win Europa we don't just get entry to  CL, but we  go right into the group stages?

I think if we win EL we will go into the CL play-offs.

I just looked it up and this is what I found:

      Where the winners enter

      - The UEFA Champions League winners will be entered in the UEFA Champions League group stage as normal (though both Atlético and Real Madrid have already qualified via the Spanish Liga).

      - The UEFA Europa League winners will be entered in the UEFA Champions League at a minimum level of the play-offs ...

      - ... but as both UEFA Champions League finalists will have already qualified, whoever wins the UEFA Europa League will be elevated into the group stage (the UEFA Champions League winners have qualified directly for the UEFA Champions League group stage via their domestic league programme every year since the turn of the century bar 2005, 2007 and 2012).

So this means if we do win the EL, we will go directly to the group stages because both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have qualified via La Liga.

Because the two CL finalists are both already qualified for next year, we are guaranteed entry to the group stages next season if we beat Sevilla.

There is nothing worse and more ill suited than a pre final extravaganza where a pop star performs a catalogue of hits and no one in the crowd gives a sh*t because they want the real drama of the football match. Unless it's the Super Bowl half time show which to be fair, is the only thing people are interested in because American Football is so sh*t anyway.

Was watching some of the build-up were they were going on about Ronaldo and then cutting back to the studio, Rio looks like a daft tw*t with that tux and dickie bow.

Anyway come on Nando, bang in the winner and drive Atleti on to victory.
