C'mon. Giving your honest opinion is not supporting or not supporting the team. It's just giving your opinion. We are not all the same. And is that not what is the seed of debate?

I think Federer supports the club as much as FL Red, I think I support the club as much as AZ Patriot, just because I don't share their opinion or they don't share mine doesn't diminish the amount you support the club.

As for embarrassing, people should look up the definition of the word before flinging it around.

It's not really for this thread this but what I will say is that there is an element of truth to this. Managers will always have their favourites and it is especially the case if there is things like committees who are involved in signing the players. Probably a reason why Markovic and Sakho, who are allegedly committee signings are being overlooked for Lallana and Lovren who are supposedly players Rodgers specifically wanted.

I disagree. If Lallana is poor again today he won't start at the weekend.

Also Lucas and Sakho both started games ahead of a fit Allen and Lovren last season.

Some of the members find it hard to support, and by that I mean give a positive comment about the team, manager, owners.

I'm not talking about debating, I'm talking about supporting, we can debate after the game.

Maybe if people stopped responding to the bait, the anglers might try a different peg?  That's got to be better than page after page of arguments when people are trying to follow the game

It would just be nice to see one thread not infested with negativity, especially a thread I'd like to participate in because of the excitement of our first home game.
