Certain men are made to be Liverpool managers, they have a certain aura that is hard to describe and is equally hard to find. Jürgen has this in abundance and it's not something i'vce felt since Kenny was here.

We don't know that, George. By his own admission, he left that sort of thing to his Sporting Director, preferring to be a coach in the purest sense of the word, on the field working with players. For all we know the transfer committee already has the next Southampton player lined up to bring in.

What we need is that committee dissolved and a Sporting Director (of Football) brought in who has a good track record. That way there is clear accountability and clear vision in the club rather than this murky mess we have right now.
