there is something seriously wrong at our club, it absolutely stinks of mediocrity, no ambition, poor decisions and no direction.

im sure we are all fed up of watching what is happening now, problem is that i cant see what is changing (for the better) and i'm not sure that we have the set up to change things with the current scouts and committee etc

in the past 10 games we have won against awful opposition - and even then it took a last minute goal. we see, to concede a goal with every shot that we face, we have players who are making shocking decisions, youth/young players who when called upon don't seem to have the desire to play at this level, seasoned professionals looking like strangers from the local boozer and players who wont leave as were paying them lovely wages to train and have match days at home.

And not satisfied with this we have traveled across the world to sign a player when we clearly didn't have enough money in the bank for him, declare that for the pleasure of seeing the dross were playing and see benteke miss one on ones will cost some fans a whopping £77 pound and also give a keeper who hates saving shots a new 5 year contract....you cant make this stuff up!

Lets all keep our fingers crossed and hope that we can win the league and Europa cup

Then hope that there is a complete over hall at at senior level....Starting with Ayre.

oh and if anyone has any contacts from China who can buy our players. Benteke, Lallana, Lucas, Moreno, Alberto, Balotelli, Milner, Lovren, Sakho, LLori will all be fantastic in China.

So have we won one game or two?

BR built an average squad and Klopp needs to adapt. Lallana, Allen, Milner, Hendo as captain, Lovren, Mignolet... are not bad players, just not good enough for LFC and we overpaid for many of them. Lallana is a terrible player, he dribbles, crosses but never produces a goal or an assist. At any other top club of the EPL, he would have been sold a long time ago.

As I posted in the Klopp thread we should be working on defending set-pieces; if we do that our defence is relatively sorted.

In many ways, we have to find a better solution to the way we are handling our strikers if we are going to win matches - we certainly ain't getting the goals from midfield.

Benteke - gone from 1 in 2 to useless; confidence shot
ings - double training sessions here then England duty. - broken
Origi - overtrained; hamstring bust then separate knee injury
Firmino - massive talent, still adapting to a false 9 role
Sturridge - lengthy injury problems, called out in public, rumoured he wants to leave

We need to make a decision on what to do now to utilise what we can for the remainder of the season.

It's been disappointing so far.

ffs. The whole reason we got klopp was to fix the stink, it will just take a bit of time.

We were unlucky last night, and yes the defence is leaking goals, but whats new its been like that since Steve Clarke left.

This season has been all about the injuries, just bad luck nothing else on that front, no one to blame.

If we had a settled back 4, we might not leak as many goals. and we are getting punished for just about every mistake, that will change soon.

We can still win 2 trophies with a bit of luck.

Things haven't gone as well as we would have liked, but sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better.

The only real mistakes I think Klopp has made since coming here has been in not strengthening in the window and giving Mignolet a new contract. If we had strengthened maybe we could have turned a couple of draws into wins etc etc. still been in the F.A. cup and things might be looking a little more positive...then again they may not

To go from crushing Citeh and Chelsea to our recent struggles against pretty poor sides is very depressing, but we just have to grit our teeth and hope we can turn things around ... if not this season then next.

Any more pointless sniping at each other and I'll lock this up and issue warnings.

In all fairness, we have been very unlucky, since the West Ham loss before Christmas, we have arguably been the better side in all games. We have pretty much played 1 first choice player (Firminho) in the attacking line and have always had 1 of our preferred CBs injured not to mentioned the injuries to Milner and Hendo and the GK situation.Considering all things, we have been very unlucky and still managed to do decent.

Stoke second leg and Leicester we certainly didn't deserve to get anything out of the games, appalling in both games, things will improve now we have our two best players back, thank God!

so your not allowed to say anything in your books? the fact that were in the bottom half of the league, have a minus 4 goal difference and won 1 prem game this year is nothing to do with the players etc....its because people are not happy on forums?

yeah well the past 10 games hasn't been some massive make-or-break thing for me, i don't know why that is the focus point. as you said yourself we can only hope to win the europa league and win the league cup. that's been known for a few months now, the cup competitions were where we could win something this season as Klopp tries to steady his new ship. i think the supporters looking extremely short-term and bringing up the latest results don't really do anything to support the club moving forwards, we all know this season is shot, we know our form is bad, there is no need to cut Ian Ayre and 10 players you don't like. you may dislike Ayre for some reason but most of the players seem to like and respect him. for some reason he has this terrible rep amongst some fans, i don't know why, because we didn't sign a few players and he rides a motorbike.

there is something wrong at the club and outside the club and in the country in general, it's hard to point fingers and start cutting heads, really you would have to go to the top and change the ownership of the club because you'd want someone a bit closer to home in charge right?

whatever stinks at the club we have that guy from Dortmund, Jürgen Klopp now here to take care of things and he seems to have the backing from our club. that's almost as much as we can ask for right now.

Doesn't stink as much tonight. I'm really hoping we can go on a run now and finish the season off in style.
