Two Premier League Zeroes Beside His Name
      Feb 14, 2016 08:56:33 pm
Simple Simon will join the 100 club in his next Premier League game, becoming the 38th player to play 100 Premier League games for Liverpool. And the fourth, joining the elite group with Pepe Reina, David James and Jerzy Dudek.

Can't say it's been a faultless hundred games. Although it did get off to a great start didn't it?

But, a big well done to the Belgian to get to that landmark. He's kept 31 clean sheets in his opening 99 League games, so should he get another in his hundredth, his record will be just under one in every three.

He'll have to wait a while though as we don't have a scheduled League game until March now.

      Well in Simon lad.

100 Premier League games too many for Liverpool. Should never have been bought, should be sold with the highest priority.

Not good enough, although he can do some extraordinary saves. He just does not have the mentality to be among the best.

Reina, although was not as good as Cech was a real leader and a very good keeper.
108 celan sheets in 219 appearances  Reina won the Golden Glove for 3 consecutive seasons(20,19 and 18 clean sheets). This is the level of GK we should have in the team. Reina was a leader, a good Gk and was respected.

Congrats Mignolet! Unfortunately for us, he plays for Liverpool. We need a better GK.

Disagree with that, mate. In his prime he was every bit as good as Cech. Agree with the rest though.

In fact, I think that Reina was as skilled as Cech but Reina did more mistakes than Cech, that's why I rate Cech a little higher.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7muuGDv7ds and add the mistake vs Chelsea(Drogba's goal - near post).

I like Reina a lot, and he is still a better GK than Mignolet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K8FSD9djCA

Please don't mention Pepe :( Was watching the highlights from the other Europa League matches this morning and he made a brilliant double save whilst going all Superman. Wish he was still here.

Congrats to Simon but if he hits 200 for the club, we're in the shits.

It's telling how happy our "fans" are to stick the boot in. Given "fans" are happy to take pride in calling Mignolet sh*t but haven't posted anything in basically the same thread for Coutinho.
