      Bit of fun!

      With our 1st pre season game happening on Friday, I thought we'd have a bit of fun guessing our starting 11 and 7 man bench for our first League game against ARSENAL.

      Not as easy as it sounds with so many missing some of pre season and nobody knowing yet how our new players will fit in, nor do we know who may still arrive but that's why it's a bit of fun, rather than the serious line ups people do in the pre match threads.

      Anyone posting the exact 18 correctly before 1ST AUGUST, I'll pay their forum subs for the year  ;D

      We have supposedly tried to buy him twice already... third time lucky? Madrid are supposedly having a clear out before their transfer ban, hopefully we will show a bit of ambition and buy a player that will actually make a difference.

      I remember Gerrard saying that he text him one year asking if he'd be interested, very bold. I'd F***ing love it if we did sign him but I imagine there's only a handful of clubs he would go to and they're all in the champions league.

      Tbh I think Madrid would be mad to sell him.

      Some very interesting line ups being posted so far.  You are of course allowed to change your minds once the pre season games start and we get to see how the team is shaping up.

      Still not fully decided on mine though I'm getting there, just the odd position I've still to decide on.
