A first that I can remember with a league game on a Friday evening for the mighty red men. Not an easy one for the travelling Kop getting in and out of central London.
The money men certainly have no consideration for the fans!

A ground where until recently we have not had a huge amount of success however this season I'm not fearing any team home or away - The Klopp effect.

Will be interesting does Klopp go back to his favoured false number nine with Firmino up top which we have utilised very successfully against the big guns or stick with the team that dismantled the Champions.

On performance no one deserves to be dropped form the game on Saturday.

I have a feeling we will see the following :

      Migs
      Clyne
      Matip
      Lovren
      Milner

      Hendo
      Gini
      Lallana

      Mane
      Coutinho
      Firmino.

With Studge or Origi replacing Coutinho/ Firmino at some point depending on how the game is going.

Let's not kid ourselves, it is a very difficult game against these Blueshit team and now with their Italian manager. I'm not saying that we don't have a chance but we need to play our best football to have a winning chance.

We need to have all XI playing their best week in and week out. Klopp study the opponents and attack their weakness, therefore Ivanovic and Terry lack of pace and some slight injury. If Luiz plays, we need to big presence, hopefully Can will be available.

I won't be available for this game :( Friday's games will be difficult to follow.

Firmino, Mane and Lallana should all start.

Be an interesting test for Matip against Costa - see how he handles the little turd.

Be surprised if Can starts although if he does it could be Wijnaldum who he replaces.

Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea away.  7 pts out of 9 from that would be a very impressive start to the season.

They seem a far better side.  Even that 2-2 draw at Swansea looked like it had hallmarks of our Burnley defeat - think they had 28 shots or something.

No idea who will start, but we have plenty of options.

Exactly, we had no idea of how to penetrate Burnley. Jd, the difference is that Swansea has attacked Chelsea in some occasions not like Burnley.

We need to be 100% concentrated and prepared to fight to win this match.

Terry has been ruled out so Side show Bob will deputise I assume.

Although he is more mobile and athletic than Terry they will miss the leadership and management of that back line which Terry does superbly.

I think the only way to deal with that particular turd us to wind him up, if you don't he'll do it to you so you may aswell get in first.

Problem with that is though that he always seems to get away with the retribution!

At least he does in the game - and then he misses a few games afterwards against our rivals!

It's great for us older types who don't venture over the doorstep any more on a Friday night.

What time will that be in Oz?

      5am.

This Friday night footy needs to piss off. sh*t time-slot for everyone except Europe. I wanna sleep in on Saturday, not get up earlier.

Just win. Can see Lovren come in for Lucas as the only change

They are a poorer side without Terry. Just hope Costa sees red early

I don't think Karius is going to get a start until Mignolet makes another clanger which as we all know is never far away. He did alright on Saturday apart from that stupid pass to Lucas and he took a pounding to the face so I can't see him being dropped. Don't think we'll see many changes except for Coutinho coming in but where?

You can't drop Mane, you can't drop Firmino, you can't drop Lallana. Do you drop Sturridge? Our only out and out striker and our best finisher? Or do you leave Coutinho on the bench? Or most creative player that digs us out of holes time and time again?

What a pickle to be in!

I can see this line up:

                        Mignolet
      Clyne      Matip       Lovren      Milner

             Henderson         Wijnaldum
                          Lallana
      Mane            Firmino          Coutinho

Sturridge is going to be the one to make room for me and I'm sure he will be well happy about it.

I'd absolutely start Karius in this game, he's perfect for it compared to Migs.

Apart from Lovren coming back in i wouldn't change a thing.

No one deserves to be dropped after the performance against Leicester. Sorry Phil.

      This.

Apart from Lovren coming back in if fit the side should stay the same.

      I don't want to see this false 9 sh*t.

I think Chelsea, along with us and Man City have the best attack in the PL, just can't decide which is better. However. It's gonna be our most difficult game because I feel Chelsea have the most balanced and strongest first eleven imo.

Only couple of changes I would love to see are Lovren as CB and Lucas in the DM role with Wijnaldum dropping to the bench.

As for Coutinho, I don't know how we can fit him in the first team? Lallana , Mane and Firmino are on fire, and Sturridge played great vs Leicester and gives a nice balance to our attack.

See I happen to want Terry to play, he will get ripped apart again.

      David Luiz will play ;D

As long as we restrict Hazard's movement and Matip can deal with Costa, I think we can definitely put a couple past them. The obvious change would Lovren for Lucas but would definitely like to see Can in place of Gini!

I expect he will wait until a few days later at Derby County to put Can into the starting lineup, although he should make the bench vs. Chelsea. Same with Karius.

I agree with those who expect Phil back in for Sturridge and Lovren for Lucas.

If all stay fit, Klopp will have a dilemma of finding 2/3 midifielders and 3/4 attackers (5 total) of Can, Hendo, Wijnaldum, Lallana, Coutinho, Firminho and Sturridge, with Mane the constant. That doesn't even bring Divock Origi into the discussion.

In truth, all 7 are rarely fit at the same time anyway.

Always remember his hysteric tears at the end of that humiliation against Germany at the World Cup two years ago. He actually sought out tv cameras, looking up at the big screen in the stadium to check that he was being transmitted to the 80,000 Brazil fans in the stadium. One of the most pitiful and pathetically sad displays of "apology" and "emotion" I've ever seen.

Now that you mention the 7-1 for Germany...can we do Chelsea (and Luiz) like THAT?

Going to be some interesting selection problems for Jürgen for this game with Karius, Lovren, Klaven(if Lovren is not fit), Can and Coutinho all pressing for inclusion.

                          Mignolet

      Clyne          Lovren         Matip       Milner

             Henderson   Coutinho   Can

        Mane          Sturridge       Firmino

Don't think Jürgen will see things quite the same way though :D

Going for a low scoring draw in this game. We rarely play well twice on the trot and Chelsea while still a little over-rated aren't as poor as they were.
