I think you're underestimating how tough Mourinho can make it for the opposition. I'll be very surprised if we steam roll them and I can see it being a frustrating night from a mile off - even more so if they score the first goal. You don't particularly need good or tough defenders to see a game out though, you just need good organisation, and that's something Mourinho can offer them.

Mourinho's record with the mancs and previously suggest you are talking through your arse.

Don't think this will be as easy as some are making out. It will be one of them proper shitty games where no team can get any momentum going and very stop start.

We should win it, but I'm never confident against this shower because they have jammed it against us so many times before when we had deserved the result.

Think we will win and I don't care how!

I think you are right, but I hope you are wrong about the quality of the football in this one. I think neutrals would have to say we are one of the most enjoyable teams to watch the Premier League has seen in 20+ years. It's not made for the purpose of entertainment, but this team IS very entertaining.

Think you're talking out of your arse if anything. I can't stand Mourinho but he has gotten important wins/results throughout his career so I don't know why all of a sudden you think he isn't capable of getting something against us. Of course he is.

They haven't found a rhythm yet but on paper they've got a decent team, add that to Mourinhos knowledge of knowing how to avoid defeat and this becomes a tough game for us.

Think the Mancs are there for the taking. We are playing explosive football at the moment, but if we have a first half like we did at Swansea, then they could put us under pressure, and we will be playing catch up again and knowing that jammy w**ker Maureen he will get a result. So lets hope we turn up in the first half and tear then a new one. C'mon you Redmen lets show them who's boss of the north west and send them tumbling down the league, and believe me, no one hates the mancs more than this Norfolk boy. Get in !!!!!!

Nice. I haven't looked/istened yet, but what was the  name of the "instrument" Jimmy Page had where he's taken out something like a violin bow and basically starts hacking at it?

I saw them in 1977 at the Pontiac Silverdome and was being a very naughty-12 year old who told his mother he was going to a baseball game in another city. Still the biggest group make-out session I've seen, nearly 40 years later.  xxxxx:action-smiley-065:

The latter years up to the present are what is under scrutiny, he has done nothing and no longer possesses the skills to produce champions.

I love this forum as it mixes up everyone in terms of the pessimist and the optimist - we could and should beat them, but form isn't always an indicator of this game. Lvg won every league game against us and then we knocked them out of Europe in style - as a true pessimist I am going to go for a hard fought, tight 6-0 win

I'm optimistic because I think we've got a better team and manager.

The only pessimism I have is the fact that these type of big games, like the Derby, often provide an opportunity for the underdog to get a result that gets them through the next few months of misery.

I hate international football by the way.

The real Derby for me. The biggest game we have since I've been a Liverpool fan, so I'm looking forward to this.

Form goes out the window with this one. On another day Utd could of battered Stoke 4-5 nil if their GK didn't have a Worldy and Pogba decided to not do a Couthino and shoot on site.

However, I have a feeling that Klopp will have a very distinct game plan for this. We need to be strong in the set piece as they have some of the best headerers (is that a word?) in the league. We need to press them hard in midfield and defence, where they are weakest (though I do like Bailly, looked boss against us last year for the submarines)

If we get an early goal, then a whitewash of a game. If it is a stalemate at half time, or we concede silly, I could see a draw. I'm hoping we come out as clinical as we where against Hull and not the 1st half showing we had against the swans.
