Davila, who plays at Atletico Penarol in Uruguay, is little-known to anybody outside of Uruguay. However, he has proved to be a quick and versatile forward in South America.

Davila has confirmed the move on his ​Twitter page, thanking Juvenile Penarol, whose tweet had announced the upcoming flight to England. He is expected to arrive at 1:30 pm from Montevideo.
Upon arrival, he will be given fifteen days to impress Liverpool academy director Alex Inglethorpe. A contract could be on the cards if enough is done.
The prospect will doubtless have heard that the club he is arriving at are soon to be involved in one of the biggest annual matches in the world, against Manchester United on Monday. Davila can speculate about being involved in a game of such magnitude in the future, possibly scoring vital goals to sink the Red Devils.
For now, all he can do is pass the first test.
