Ah dude, I've now come up with a cold!

This is the 4th time in 2008 that I've caught something, and now it's getting me down! I want to train, but this keeps setting me back and it really is something I don't want.

Apparently it's the weather, but I didn't get ill this much last year!

My heart goes out to you mate, I know there is a particularly nasty strain going round at the moment (no not groin Virus!) you make sure you're wrapped up well and don't over exert yourself until the worst is over.
Until then I am sending a box of man size tissues an industrial size tub of Vick and this little item below that will save you getting up and down for your tissues.



Oh and i got hold of Bob Geldof and its looking good for 'Kenny Aid' although we do only have Timmy Mallett and the Cheeky girls confirmed at the moment.
