This will be the eleventh time I've lost more than 10st

I don't think you need me to tell you that this can't be good for you mate, but just in case... this can't be good for you!

I destroy them, especially at my current weight. I am getting a much better one, when the cycle to work scheme kicks in, but I avoid using it until I'm at the around the 17-18st (100-114kg) mark. Around New Year, when I was pushing close to 30st (190kg) I started doing short distances and have built it up. Down to around 24st (154kg).  This will be the eleventh time I've lost more than 10st, really got to stop putting it all back on. It's getting ridiculous now and I've have clothes for all the weights up and down that scale.

Hope you're still doing well on this Rodders.
Hardest part is sticking to the regimes that got the weight off.

Hope the training is coming along. You'll feel very accomplished when you do it and you'll be looking to sign up for your next race!

It is race day. Here it goes, first 10k.

A coworker gave me a LFC tank top to run in. I am representing Liverpool in Rockford, IL.

I completed the 10k in 1 hour 9 minutes 10 seconds. My pace was 11:10 per mile. I am happy with that.

Now, time to find another race to sign up for.

Man the problem with most diets is they are never permanent solutions (least that's been my experience). If you aren't looking for a permanent solution then go for it, although never heard of the one you are speaking of.

Ran the Meld Classic today to start my 4th of July. I completed it in 55:03.

I am getting quicker with each run.

Been keeping up with the cycling, had a bad 6 week period where my back was giving me some gyp and still is, though manageable at present. Started doing yoga in the morning, seems to be helping the back a little. Started planking as well, started at 5 seconds and I've added 5 seconds a day, resting one day week. Added a little gym work as well. I'm down to 21 stone, I've put on a fair bit of muscle as well as losing another 3 stone since April and although I shouldn't have it bother me, the back issue did bug me for a while and I let it eat at my confidence and exercise and eating regime. As a whole and after trying to get a better perspective. I'm chuffed, close to 9 stone lost in seven and a half months, still got the hard work to do though, another 6-7 stone.

Bought myself a spin bike and powerbags (sandbags) and it's the first time I've done both in a day.

Safe to say I'm absolutely bolloxed, but I love it!

      I resemble that remark.
I struggle to get motivated to do any exercise these days as unless there is competition associated with the training I cant be arsed.

Including a 50+ mile trip from Bristol to Swindon today, I've cycled over 560 miles (900+ km) in the last 4 weeks which, for someone on the (putting it mildly) tubby side, ain't too bad.

Still a lot of weight to go, it's odd where the fat's leaving first, seems to be working its way inwards, from the extremities of my limbs.

Having said that, going to ease of this week, had a twinge in my thigh and a definite issue on the mid-right of my back.

      Nice one mate.

I'm off to Spain on the 19th so been watching what I eat and throwing some exercise in when possible but a sprain in my foot has hampered me.

Started a Clean 9 (Aloe Vera) diet this morning and the foot is feeling better so should nail at least a stone in the nine days. Big challenge is keeping it going afterwards especially when on holiday.

Keep it up and if you have a slip up, don't punish yourself for it, something I'm only just learning.

Definitely going to have to ease off a little. Sitting in Southmead A&E, fractured ribs, concussion and a haematoma. Not sure how my bike is.

Not sure what happened, retrograde amnesia as well. I've been told I cycled into the back of a lorry and dented it with my head.
