I'm wide awake now after a very busy day. How does that work?

I've been a bit ill the past couple of weeks so my normal 2am bedtime has been severely reduced.  In fact this is the first time I think I have been up after midnight for a while I think.

But I've hit the wall.  I've been watching BBC iPlayer for the past couple of hours.
