Probably me !!  I'm up early so am normally in beddy byes for about 10.00 -10.30, I don't go asleep though, usually end up watching telly till all hours !!  Then wonder why I'm tired next morning

If I've been to bed after MOTD then got up again for a few hours (I do can only do this at the weekends - unless I have a big Sunday run, which today I haven't ) which time do I call bed time? The earlier or later time or both?
