I watched the game, Chelea were pretty sh*t. Rapid outplayed them in every department. Still early days but I hope Chelsea will keep playing this way through the season. ;D

They played 4-2-3-1 formation at the start of the game and 4-2-4 later. I'm curious will Conte insist on 3-5-2 when he has all players back from vacation and after next few purchases.

      You think so?

I'd have thought a player like him under a manager like Conte would be a good match.

I really do. In a years time I think he will be aiming to get a move back to Leicester for half the price.

Not surprised with Conte at the helm.

Leaking a lot of goals all through pre-season and were lucky to beat West Ham.

In fairness though, boss penalty by Hazard, no keeper is stopping that.

Not that worried by Chavs this season.

They still rely on Hazard too much to score.

Kante was a good buy to be fair he seems to have settled in already.

I like him a lot it's a shame he joined that sh*t shower.

Looked a bit lost IMO, late in the tackle too. Wouldn't be impressed with that 30mill debut.

Thought he bossed the midfield tbh, was everywhere :O Beast of a player that allows the attacking players to play their natural game.

      Morning Reds.

      Found this...

      https://twitter.com/eazyy23/status/776908332690989056

What is this? Thank goodness we don't have this crass attitude, it's like a the opening of a rock concert, the only problem, is unlike a rehearsed, scripted performance, a live football game can go tits up.
How can the home team compete with that!.... They didn't.

Hats off to the travelling Kop, just carrying on, and ignoring and out performing this new money attitude. Great result last night, both on and off the pitch.

It's a shame about the Burnley result, but it may have been the kick up the arse, and reminder needed to keep focused.

A great find by RP here, think it's better left here so we can enjoy it for a bit longer.

What a horrible fake bunch of cu*ts! :D

Chelski in free fall after being mauled by Arsenal. Shitend meltdown. Suddenly the whole team is useless to these plastic fans. Abram, quick go buy yourself another 11 50 mil players. Karma is at work at the moment.

Took a look at Sh*te End Forum.

One 2003 glory hunter said that they should go in for Bale at Real Madrid in a swap deal for Hazard.

      No, seriously...

Would Bale even wanna get near to a fast sinking ship? It would be a safer bet if he could stay back at Real Madrid.

I'm guessing the attraction for Nike was the location, capital city and all that sh*te. It certainly wasn't the status of the club.

There's the funding for ARE if we are to get it built we need a sponsorship like this to make it happen, but it won't ;D

      Yep.

It's just a bit sickening that with all this money obviously washing around the game our own club seem it ok to bask the fans to invest in the Annie Road stand just because they don't see a cash cow at the end of it.

Not sure how great this deal is for Chelsea tied in for 15 years.

In 10 years time the big deals will be £150M+ a year.

You can easily break these contracts, they are leaving their current contract with Adidas 3 years early.

The thing is that if they are getting £60 million then we need our sponsor to match that or F**k off, there is no doubt that the stock of Liverpool FC is on the rise, especially with Klopp at the helm.
