What the hell is this...the kick up your heels drill?

I remember when I used to do this in my mid to late teens when I played for a local team. I can't remember what it's meant to do but it's a good drill for in-between the more intense drills.

One drill I used to hate was the heading game that the lads were playing in a session the other day, I was the smallest in the team surrounded by much taller/bigger lads. Safe to say I wasn't very good at it

Pretty old and grim to be honest... a lot of that light green color paint you would see in buildings of that era...now doing a ghost tour at night there..now that would be fun.

I did the tour in 89 part of a drive about I did with a few mates hell of an experience  loved it .

I went about 5 years ago.  Hadn't realised you had to book in advance so had to rock up at 6am to get the 'general sale' tickets for later in the day.  Great that!

We left a mate behind in Beverly Hills  and drove to Vegas , Leonard was fighting Hearns watched them training in Ceasars then we went on to SF then done the coast road back to La, got back there to pick our mate up and he was banging on about this quake , we hadn't seen or heard a thing about it ,one of my best mates actually stayed  he's still living in orange got a lovely house .

Yup made that mistake assuming should be able to buy a few tickets 4 nights we were there driving down to the Grand Canyon.

Funny now you mention that seem to remember seeing some naval ships when we were there there was even a sub in the harbour although it could have been an old one de commissioned  memory's eh .
